The bristles are stiff enough to sweep up crumbs and cat litter, yet soft on my hands. The linen and cotton combination feels sturdy and the dustpan's leather strap makes carrying it from room to room a breeze.
The leather on the dustpan feels really nice and stiff, so it holds its shape well when sweeping crumbs into it. That wing brush is surprisingly effective on my hardwood floors, and the natural bristles don't scratch anything.
